Schedule

Somewhat Flexible 8 hour shift with 1 hour lunch. (ex. 8:00am to 5:00pm) This job is Monday through Friday, weekends as needed for year round work. Must have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Automotive Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

Read work orders or receive instructions from Management to determine vehicle work requirements
Use precision instruments, hand, and power tools
Keep a clean and clear workstation
Diagnose efficiently
Make sure weekly completed labor quota is met
Be punctual and maintain good attendance.

Qualifications:

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
Ability to diagnose and repair various issues with gas & diesel vehicles.
Skilled in performing brake repairs and suspension work.
Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
A valid drivers license

Pay: $25.00 - $42.00 per hour

Service Advisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive workorders and diagnosis from auto technicians which have needed repairs
quote labor and source parts for each work order
Communicate with customers on their options for repairs and sell work
Order parts for approved jobs
Help Office manager & receptionist with various admin duties.
Keep a clean and organized work station.

Qualifications:

4 years experience in the automotive industry
A valid drivers license
Excellent communication and sales skills
A professional appearance and work ethic
Automotive repair experience is preferred

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Shop Hand

Duties and Responsibilities:

Read work orders or receive instructions from Management to perform jobs
Use precision instruments, hand, and power tools
Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance
Keep a clean and clear workstation
Work quickly and efficiently
Make sure weekly completed labor quota is met
Be punctual and maintain good attendance.

Qualifications:

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
Some knowledge of automotive systems and components.
Ability to learn skills in auto repair
Tire change experience
Oil change experience
Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
A valid drivers license

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Foreman

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive work orders from both the Service Advisor and Receptionist
Hand out work to Automotive Techs
Make sure shop employees are making their weekly labor quota
Meet with Managerial Staff for productivity meetings regularly
Assist Automotive Techs with difficult repairs & Diagnose
Fulfill their own labor quota each week.
Keep a clean and organized work station.

Qualifications:

5 years experience in the Automotive Repair Industry
2 years experience as a Foreman
a valid drivers license
Excellent communication & Managerial skills
A professional appearance and work ethic
A valid drivers license

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Front Desk Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Intake customer and vehicle information
Schedule appointments
Take payment for outgoing invoices and prep outgoing paperwork
Scan and file receipts and invoices daily
Keep a clean and clear desk
Keep front office tidy
Be punctual and maintain good attendance

Qualifications:

Experience in an office setting
Experience in scheduling and managing appointments with customers
Knowledge of Microsoft office programs
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
A valid drivers license

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
